We liked its excellent quality and fresh breakfasts!
This accommodation had a very central setting far away from town centre. The food was outstanding - plenty of options. We didn't have time, so we would definitely come back there.

It is in favourable and perfect location to The Copper Mines, set around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the hotel.

We had fire in the reception. Perfect for couples. Bar staff are the nicest people.

Friendly staff and not too far from the town centre
Cleanliness was poor and don't think it deserved a 4 star rating

The staff were very nice. The breakfast was lovely.
Having read reviews of this hotel I was disappointed on check in that I was not offered complementary tea or coffee, especially as the guest being checked in before me was given a voucher for same. My name was not on the check in list and after I explained that I booked on line with Booked.net they eventually found my reservation. I observed room service delivering complementary wine to guests in a room next door. At 3:30am in the morning while returning to the hotel I was disappointed and appalled to have to wade through guests in the hallway (between the swinging doors) to the lobby smoking, ashtrays were on the tables which to me made it an official smoking are. The smell of smoke was still present the following morning and I informed the receptionist on check out. Seating outside the main door encouraged people with a few drinks late at night to congregate for a smoke and a loud chat which disturbed my sleep.

I had a very nice stay. Hotel was safe and homey and I greatly enjoyed the food there, it was excellent. The breakfast was good quality and delicious, reasonably priced. The location was good for traveling around Killarney, adjacent to the center of Killarney as well as the downtown area...

Played two rounds of golf at the renowned local club and enjoyed all the outdoor activities available. The hotel was a great base for our adventures. Staff was friendly and the common areas were clean and inviting.
We encountered noisy guests in the hallways late at night, which disrupted our sleep. One night, the noise was quite bothersome.

We had a fantastic family vacation with our 7 kids! The hotel was a perfect base for exploring Killarney. We enjoyed the local golf courses, especially the Killarney Golf & Fishing Club, just a short drive away. The rooms were spacious and cozy, accommodating our large family effortlessly.
For dads, it would be great if there were more activities for kids in the hotel.
